Pictures say it all.... life is all abt taking chances.. same goes with baking... am always trying out new recipes.. its like a learning experience for me...you win some, you lose some...
And what does it take to bake the "perfect" one? Sometimes its luck, sometimes its the ingredients... but it starts with correct measurement.... so, here comes....

Looks good ey but it tasted bitter.. i threw away 24 macs today.. :o(
Quickly took out two batches of hazelnut macs shell.. piped in my ganache and lemon curd and voila... am a happy puppy once again! hehe
So back to my 3rd Giveaway... since we are talking about correct measurement, the prize is a MASTRAD Digital weighing scale.. (worth S$79.00)!
